Once upon a time this may have been a 4 star hotel. However poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail during cleaning significantly detract from the experience. A nicely designed room in a great location, very easy check in process and simple to use digital keys. However, chipped paint, broken lights and door handles, and a generally grotty feel. Not worth the price, would not stay here again.

Close to all, great location. We stayed in a room with a canal view. It was a bit noisy in the evening/early morning with people calling out loudly. Otherwise was a great place

Good location, good staffs, and it is very convinces for us to go to the city centre! Air conditioning is good, The only thing is the hair shampoo is not really good!

Though it is far from canal area , this was a nice pick for us due to large room and quiet evenings . Walkable to train station to go anywhere in Netherlands . For our day trips using train , we found the property excellent

Really disappointed. Have traveled all over Europe and this was our worst experience. The front staff was rude-letting others cut in front of the queue. The room was not clean. We found a contact lens stuck to the carpet. Most importantly, the road in front is torn up so no ability for taxi or uber to deliver you. Ok - not their fault. But There are no porters to help w bringing luggage to the next corner. When I commented to the front desk that the water in main lobby for guests was empty, she responded: “oh, I guess they haven’t refilled it yet”. Not really helpful.
