Amazing!! Stunning hotel our seaview room was very spacious and spotlessly clean The breakfast buffet was fantastic there's something for everyone such a great variety of foods The two outdoor pool areas and bars again spacious and spotlessl with great sunbeds and parasols But the absolute gem has to be the terrace rooftop bar...wow!! I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and I cannot wait to return again next year!!

Clean, comfortable but quite dark bedroom and bathroom, situated on lower ground floor. Some minor maintenance of cupboard doors required. Staff were nice, food was good (dinner), breakfast was okay but not great.

Unfortunately, our stay at ONA Mar Menor Golf & Spa Resort was very disappointing and fell well below the standard we expected. The most serious issue was the pool area. Both my 11-year-old sister-in-law and I were cut by sharp/broken tiles while using the pool. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. A child should not be getting injured simply by using a resort swimming pool. There were also several other maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay, including problems with Wi-Fi and the general condition of some facilities. We raised our concerns with the hotel, but the way they were handled was extremely disappointing. The hotel manager, Javier, essentially denied or dismissed the issues we reported rather than properly addressing them. Despite the injuries and the safety concerns we raised, the only remedy offered was a discount toward a future stay. Given our experience, an offer to return to the same resort was not an appropriate resolution. The resort has a nice location and potential, but the maintenance, safety standards and handling of guest complaints need significant improvement. Considering the price we paid, we expected much better. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this resort, particularly to families with children, until these safety and maintenance issues are properly addressed.

We felt so at home in this beautiful boutique house. Attention to detail was everything… Everyone made us feel so at home… almost like it was our own home. We met Salema when we arrived and what a beautiful welcome she gave us… by the end of our 4 night stay, it felt like we had known her for much longer. Her breakfasts were delicious … I could wake up to eat them every day for the rest of my life. Our room (no4 ) was just perfect… overlooking the beautiful courtyard. Beautiful touches of flowers on the towels and the pretty toilet paper… making everything that little bit more special Everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable… nothing was too much trouble. The street is very peaceful and perfect for a calm relaxing stay. We love the beaches of Moraira and Javea and this hotel was in the middle of everything. We will most definitely be coming back to see you ! Thank you so much
