The property was clean with good housekeeping every day. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The area was pretty safe as well as accessible to nearby dining spots and beaches by walk. Liked how the guests can spend some time at the rooftop even if we weren’t dining. The only complaint was with the breakfast. Day 1 we had to skip breakfast in the room because it wasn’t delivered even after the 1 hour slot passed. The juices were just average. Pancakes were burnt one day.

Entire stay was 10/10. Highly recommend!

We were fortunate to land a room here after being stranded when air space was closed over PR and the Carib. Jess at reception was so cheerful and helpful. The location is excellent too: a bakery on the next block, the beach just a short walk, and lots of dining options. The common space was very cool and we lived getting serenaded by the fronts every night!

Very clean and spacious.

I was disappointed with the New Year's Eve event at the hotel because our table did not have a reserved notice, therefore; another family took over our table and party hats and noise makers. We had to tell them to leave very uncomfortable. Party was disappointing. Food was average. The ferry to palomino Island was easy, convenient and very organized. The island was lots of fun, good shops and very clean bathrooms.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was top notch. The food was a big disappointment. It would have been nice if the pool wasn’t so cold and if they had a couple of activities.
