The property and the staff were excellent. I tbought the location was pretty good on the Pest side. Breakfast could use improvement. Coffee in the room needs improvement! The coffee machine produced undrinkable coffee. There was coffee and water in the lobby which was great!!! Overall, we were pleased with our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place in Budapest on the Pest side, this is a good one.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was wonderful, and the amenities were perfect! The location was perfect for walking to each location and we felt safe and well taken care of. Really appreciated they included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all separately rather than a 3-1. The room itself was very well kept and for a double bed there was plenty of room for my partner and I.

I was booked in for 5 nights at Hotel Rum. When I went to the room, the lock to the door was damaged (but at least functional), which for the cost was a very poor look. When I checked out the room, the blankets on the bed were dirty, with stains that looked disturbing. I requested that they be replaced by clean ones and the young lady at reception was helpful in arranging for that, However, when that had occurred, hair was then left in the bed by whoever serviced the room. I immediately left and had to find suitable accomodation elsewhere in Budapest.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It has a pretty, contemporary, fun, music themed aesthetic. The room was large and the inner courtyard balcony enjoyable. Breakfast and afternoon reception were good but not extensive. It was lovely to hear different performers on each of the afternoons we were there. Service at this hotel is next level - consistent throughout. I don’t know if it’s hiring or training or a combination but they are doing it much better than most. Everyone we encountered was highly professional and seemed genuine. Special thanks to our server Victoria from Ukraine. I spent a few hours in the spa facility and found it to be a clean tranquil experience - a real treat. The rooftop bar was a highlight. Unique view of the church and surrounding area. We were also delighted to take in a female electric violinist accompanying a dj - great music!

Outstanding stay in Budapest! I got the best sleep of my European vacation during my time at the K+K- rooms are so quiet, dark and nice and cool with the air conditioning. The room was very nice and a great shower! Breakfast was very good- lots of variety and all the coffee drinks you could want. The hotel staff was super helpful- directed us to where to get a bathing suit at a reasonable price for the baths, and make restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. The hotel is really conveniently located next to the coolest Metro line in town (U1) and there are lots of good restaurants in the area. Highly recommend for your next stay in Budapest!

We love the location of the hotel (right on the Danube river). Also that our room facing the river. Our room is clean and staff are helpful. We didn't get a chance to experience the hotel restaurant and bar as we wanted to explore outside the hotel.
