Staff and service where the bedt, they always helped me with my location, recomendations, luggage, etc We walk to visit diferent places and the location of the hotel was the best

Great location!!! Close to shops, restaurants, museum of natural history and Central Park! Garage across the street. Love the restaurant/bar area that has garage door that opens when the weather is great outdoors.

The hotel was really clean and the location was really close to all the stores we wanted to go to

The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch. I will go back to The Fifth Avenue Hotel. It was a wonderful experience.

Well located on upper east side, very friendly and efficient staff, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Love this hotel, we’ve stayed here two years in a row and will continue. The price is right even though it’s a bit small and no amenities it’s all you need for visiting the big apple.
