Chicago Pet-friendly Holidays

The staff was incredible. They were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The hotel was very clean and high quality. Will stay there again!

Clean room. Friendly staff. I would have liked more food options, especially the ability to have something Sunday for dinner or a room service option. The TV remote didn’t work either, a smart TV with the ability to get movies would have been appreciated.

Room was spacious and clean ,bathroom didn’t have a bath which wasn’t an issue to us,a well stocked mini bar and easy access to transportation, food and sights.

I liked that there were 2 full bathrooms in our room. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

We spent a week and stayed in the one bedroom suite. The space was spacious and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and attentive, and we appreciated the friendly front desk staff. Everything was perfect for us.

Older hotel that has seen better days but exudes a certain charm. Breakfast was good although could do with more variety. Other hotels in the area were more expensive and breakfast not included. The coffee was excellent. Great location, walkable to everything. Cleaning of room was done once on request but didn’t happen every day.
