Amazing stay , very professional and welcoming staff , always there happy to assist any needs , if I could I would give them 6 stars !!!

We had two rooms on two separate floors. Both rooms were lovely. We also were traveling with a 4 year old. The air conditioning was amazing in the room, especially being there in the heat wave. Beds were comfy enough, and my child’s pull out was probably the comfiest one I’ve ever sat on. If I was coming back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. Pros: Great location. Staff was so helpful with anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was available. Each floor has a lounge with different amenities. There is a restaurant upstairs, so if you don’t want to leave one night, you can. Walking was achievable to almost anything. If you don’t want to walk, there is a taxi stand nearby. Cons: parking. The parking and hotel are in a ZTL, so you have to get a pass to get to it unless you’re out of the times, and if you are, the parking garage is full. Being cobbled streets, trying to get your luggage there from the other parking garage nearby was a feat. But you can call the hotel with your license plate and they put the ZTL in over the phone. Second one, which has only to do with location: I would not consider this a friendly hotel for people with limited mobility. You are on the main stretch between pantheon and trevi. Between the cobbled streets, the people, and the vendors, it does get tight. Overall, loved the stay. My kid wants to go back.

Wonderful property. Small room but modern and clean. Great location. It would be nice if rooms had a microwave. Worst part was there are no ice machines and bar and coffee shop were reluctant to provide. Water in room was scalding hot. It literally melted a plastic cup. I’m glad our grandkids weren’t with us. Breakfast was excellent. Very busy but restaurant staff was quick and friendly. Coffee choice was limited. They wouldn’t let me take in a coffee from their own coffee shop. A laundry room would be excellent.

I definitely had a wonderful stay!

OK - when I go to NYC to visit my son, I just need a bed to sleep in, a shower to wash up in, and a convenient location to be in the city. This hotel filled those needs. I am not looking for the hotel to be the center of my vacation, but basically a location that I can crash and refuel for the next day. I would love to have a free breakfast in the morning and this would have given it a 5 star rating, but the small hotels that I stay in in NYC are just convenient bed rooms to me. Yes, I need clean. Yes, I need comfort. Yes, I need quiet. Those are things that are basics that without, this hotel's ratings would have fallen off a cliff, but like I said, my needs are very little on a hotel in NYC. Give me those items at a descent price and you will get 4 stars. If you want to hit all the tourist hot spots in NYC, then park yourself in midtown at a hotel like this and save some money and wake up early and go to bed late, this hotel is perfect. Rooms are small (but I don't care because I am a solo traveler). So please note I rate on my own needs and whether they are being met. Solo traveler or couple wanting a place to just sleep, this hotel will meet your needs. If you are looking for the Ritz, then stay at the Ritz. If you want to save money and don't mind small hotels that provide only the basics because you don't need anything else, then this is the place. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, QUIET. Bingo you found your match.
