Mount Kanin Pet-friendly Holidays

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The property did not meet the standards we expected, and the overall experience was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues with the property and felt uncomfortable staying there. The condition of the accommodation was disappointing, and there were concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall quality of the room. The property did not feel properly prepared for guests. Communication and customer service were also frustrating. We expected the staff/management to be responsive and helpful when concerns were brought to their attention, but the situation was not handled in a way that made us feel valued as guests. Ultimately, we decided that the best option was to leave and find alternative accommodations rather than continue our stay. For the price we paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully consider other options before booking. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.

Rooms were clean, staff were very professional, I always look forward to the breakfasts while in Rome and this was no exception, nice variety and good quality. About a 15 minute walk from the train station.

check in was a problem Only two staff at desk and were apparently overwhelmed. In every hotel of the world we have stayed, they welcome you with a host/hostes in a separate room often with a glass of Champagne whilst you wait for your room. This was not the case here.

The room was clean, and the location was excellent. The pool itself was very nice, but any food or drinks you want to buy are extremely expensive. Even the Starbucks in the lobby was overpriced. Unfortunately, the staff were not helpful at all and seemed unwilling to assist with even the simplest questions. We actually received much better guidance and assistance from staff at nearby hotels than from the Planet Hollywood staff themselves.

Really liked the valet service included in the room. Only recommendation is should have more kitchen ware in the room.

Great view from the room. Spacious and clean

Room is smaller than expected. Some staff were friendly, some were not. Location was the best, as well as the complimentary breakfast.

Deluxe queen rooms have conjoined beds! Beware! Staff was courtesy. Location is decent if you want super touristy experience. Property was well maintained and clean.
