Very beautiful hotel in the main shopping area. Very large room and bathroom with coffee machine included. Bathroom included. Delightful stay

The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional and truly made our trip to Barcelona unforgettable. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary, and every special request we made during our reservation was thoughtfully fulfilled. To top it all off, the hotel surprised our family with an upgrade to a beautiful family suite, making our celebration even more memorable. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. We also loved the unexpected complimentary amenities, especially the refreshing ice cream bars that were perfect during the hot Barcelona summer days—a delightful surprise that wasn't even listed! Also, the complementary bottle of wine from Expedia for being a member! The location couldn't have been better, with everything conveniently within walking distance. The service was impeccable, the hotel was spotless, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. If I could give this hotel an extra star, I absolutely would. I will gladly recommend it to all of our friends and family, and there's no question—we'll be staying here again on our next visit to Barcelona. Thank you for making our milestone celebration so incredibly special!

The staff was very kind. The was very clean. Surprise: A bus is available not far from the hotel for for less than €4, no worries.

My third time staying here. The first was ten years ago and the second 7 years ago. This stay was the best by far, the lobby and restaurant area are lovely and great to eat at. The spa is amazing! The room had all that I needed. If you’re unsure of the area, it is on quite a residential/local part of Barcelona, so there aren’t much tourists and no night life. The metro runs straight into the centre of the city and only takes 20-40 mins depending on where you want to go. I had noisy neighbours one night and the hotel reception dealt with it immediately. I cannot fault the staff or hotel for anything at all. A great stay for my first solo trip!

I was charged for a breakfast and cancelled on arrival but still charged. Looking for refund.

Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,

Ciudad Condal is in such a well connected area, you can get around the city very easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, in particular Ilaria who was so attentive and friendly. Overall a great place for a short stay, just wish there was a communal area away from the room.
