We enjoyed the tram stop at the front door, so convenient. Front desk afternoon staff was very helpful

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is right next to the train station and yet not noisy, at least in the rooms facing the courtyard. Tramways are accessible from there to any destination. Their efforts to make it sustainable can also be praised, with a free refill of excellent mineral water when bringing one's bottle. Yet, overall, this hotel is overpriced. The rooms are not particularly large, and the breakfast is good but not exceptional. The main issue was their A/C, which was so noisy that we had to change rooms. The second one was slightly better, but not silent. In our humble opinion, it deserves three stars rather than four.

Air conditioning did not work and we tossed and turned all night due to extreme heat. Our flight to Switzerland was canceled and rescheduled for 24 hours later. I called as soon as this happened but since less than 24 hours, I now have to deal with insurance since Hotel D charged us for the night we were not able to stay anyway. The day we did arrive it was very hot and no AC. Location is pretty across the street from the river.

Great hotel, lean and staff very friendly and knowledgable about the local area

The air conditioner doesn’t cool enough. We even sleep because the temperature in the room. The explanation they gave us was due to regulations they can drop temperatures below 75 F. We were in others hotels in Switzerland and that wasn’t the case we can manage the temperature even below 70 F. I am not sure about the real reason. I know I have to go to the front desk for them to set the air conditioning to 75 or higher because you won’t see it. I know they did it remotely. Another situation is the ice machine wasn’t working in my floor , I went to a different floor and didn’t work either. If they fix this I would give them excellent
