Excelente café da manhã.
Não oferece serviços de refeições no quarto e o restaurante é fechado para almoço e jantar.
Tem uma lanchonete comandada pela Frederica, que atende muito bem.
Na recepção o Carlo e o Roberto são muito gentis e atenciosos.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

The hotel staff are truly exceptional! From the moment you alight to enter this hotel, you are met with a genuine welcome at the door and this permeates to the front desk/concierge who go over and above to make you feel like a valued guest. Dinner recommendations /bookings were spot on and the location of this hotel near the Spanish steps / Trevi Fountain / shopping etc is wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It’s beautiful and memorable and I will be back!

Needed a crash pad the night before returning home. The hotel offered a great room with separate rooms for a king size bed and two twins to accommodate the family. The neighborhood has plenty of choices for restaurants and close proximity to stores.

The accommodations were excellent! Great location. Chris was incredibly friendly and helpful, and on the day of check-out he arranged transportation for us to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. Customer service was wonderful.
