Ærø Pet-friendly Holidays

Apart from the thermostat refusing to go into warmth mode and the TV randomly going blank sometimes, everything else was perfect!

We loved our stay and the staff was very accommodating. The only done side, is that there is no AC (those coming from the US), but its a thing. However, they do offer and provide fans.

Cute vibes. Room and property clean. Located in quiet area close to metro. Helpful staff. I liked the check in process on the computer.

Great location Amazing rooms

A charming hotel that was the perfect place to stay to see the city.

Great boutique hotel at end and more quieter section of Nyhavn area. It had great character, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. only issue is they forgot to charge me for my rooms upon check-in so I covered it at checkout. I received a phone call the next day that they forgot to charge me for one night of my room and I had to do that online. Then I got a terse email saying I didn’t pay it online when I had in fact paid and all because they forgot to do the right thing twice. I was slightly annoyed that I didn’t receive a phone call apologizing for the inconvenience. Something they should’ve addressed especially since it was their issue.

Really nice boutique hotel. Room was very small but nice and cozy. Bed was small and stiff. Great location. Really cool bars and restaurants at the hotel.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast- pay for separately. Great balcony. Nice common space on upper level. Not fond of the self check in but staff are there to assist. Comfortable beds.
