Staff were always kind and polite no matter how difficult things got. I stayed here during a snowstorm that caused increased need for room changes and greatly increased need for the morning buffet. Staff handled these changes with kindness and grace and never made me feel like they were overburdened.

This a fantastic hotel with a great location! The rooms are very modern with automated mood lighting, built in tv screens, and spa-inspired bathrooms with a rainfall shower, upscale fixtures, bathrobes and good quality shower gels/lotions, etc. for your convenience. There was also an Italian coffee station and a cute little breakfast nook with comfy seating. The restaurant serves great food and there is also a trendy rooftop bar RT60 that is very popular. It was an easy walk or short Uber ride to most places. Very convenient to get to Times Square or Broadway shows. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel. It is beautiful and well located.

Staff was lackluster. Room was nice, but not cleaned well and dark with no view. Found previous guest's dirty socks, management didn't seem to care. I checked out a day early and staff didnt even ask why.

This is a repeat stay for us. We've been coming to NYC in February for several years. The room is very nice, staff is friendly and very helpful, amenities are wonderful. We love that breakfast is included and it's very good. The happy hours are a nice treat. And, we especially like the tours given by Streetwise New York. These are free and so informative. Kudos to Patrick, our tour guide on Feb. 18, 2026.

Room was large for NY city, staff was helpful, and price was competitive.
