quiet and serene mountain surroundings
no noisy kids
Food excellent, fantastic variety, but a little salty
Waiters are trying hard, very friendly but could be a little more professional

The staff is very nice and polite. All of them.
It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.
