Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was convenient to downtown. Nice restaurants were close by and easily accessible. Only minor drawback was bathroom was somewhat small but did not take away from an enjoyable stay. Would definitely go back.

Front desk (very friendly), check in seamless .Room was very, very basic but clean. Lighting in bathroom is dim at its brightest.We had a “platinum” room ,the a/c was as loud as an airplane taking off, beds and shower are fine. This is a 3.5 star hotel at best.

Check in was confusing, but after texting with Heather, we figured it out. You enter through the restaurant and since it was closed on Mondays, there was no staff on site. The suite we were in was very nice, brand new and big. The shower and water pressure was great. The bed was very comfortable. The stained glass windows were beautiful. The inn is on a busy corner and you can hear the traffic at times. Breakfast was basic and the trash can was overflowing as there was no staff to clean it up. Wish we could have tried the restaurant as it looked very nice too.
