Clean room

This hotel was a luxurious oasis in the heart of the beautiful old town of Valencia. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional which really added to our stay. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and had great attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable we decided to replace our one at home! Absolutely recommended!

Very clean and great breakfast

The hotel has no business being a 4 star hotel. It is so poorly maintained and so poorly located. Elevator was not functioning, hallway carpets were ripped, AC was borderline and TV did not connect to the majority of channels. We checked in and checked out on the same day. Do not recommend at all.

Good hotel but I wouldn't say it's worth such a high rating. The main door has no seal so you can hear everything on the corridor but also at night the light on the corridor turn in when someone is passing and instantly lights the hotel room too because of the spacing around the door. Breakfast was ok but repetitive since it's not buffet. Bathroom also not sealed so all the steam goes in the room. Staff was helpful with things when asked.

The good: nice rooftop bar, huge car park, good breakfast, close to arts and sciences area, close to nice walks in the Turin It’s a good four star place, not as luxe as some of the other 5* places in Valencia. It is away from the old town, which you may see as an advantage, but it means nice restaurants will be a little distance away and you might not like the workaday modern vibe around the hotel.

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, great gym and Aircon. And blissfully quiet with no street noise. Overall highly recommend, but have one tiny niggle. The rooms need refitting with USB and USB-C plugs. The electrical connections are very outdated, and it’s frustrating messing around with adapters.

Property was in a fabulous location. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Our room was massive but was let down by lack of view from balcony and the smell of smoke in the room. Sadly the hotel has little control of ignorant guests smoking in non-smoking rooms!!!!
