The staff were friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. Nice ambience when we arrived, check in process was nice and quick. Room was cleaned daily. Nice areas to sit by reception. Location was great as only 10 mins from train station, also has access to trams and you can walk to the lake in under 5 mins and follow into centre of Geneva

A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee.
Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine.
Spa facilities are also amazing!
