Itanos Pet-friendly Holidays

This was a lovely hotel and the staff were courteous, extremely attentive and very kind. Have to mention Manos who went out of his way many times to help us and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was an absolute star and we are very grateful for his help. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful beaches and very close to Chania. Our room was very clean, a little dark due to not getting any sun on the balcony, but this did keep it cool. It is a small hotel and we felt the only negative was it was very quiet at night, but many people would prefer this anyway. The area itself is fairly quiet at night as many people go into Chania. There is a bus to Chania a couple of minutes walk round the corner, it can get very busy. Noticed the sign on the bus said 31 people seating, up to 59 standing so at times it is not the most pleasant journey. Bus journey takes about 15/20 minutes. The pool area was very well managed, better than i have seen at some other hotels. There was never a fight for beds as the hotel staff remove used towels and replace with fresh new ones, so there was a turnover all day. It is adults only which makes it very peaceful. Breakfast was ok and there is something differant to try every day. You order from a menu rather than a buffet situation.

The room was very clean & private and the pool and views were great.

Lovely spot just outside of Rethymno. Staff were excellent. Accommodation was lovely. Fantastic food.

Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience.

This is solid 3* hotel. If you usually stay in 3-4* hotels you will be okey but if you are more 5* hotel person you will be dissapointed with the

Everything was simply perfect. From the beautiful pool-access room to the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff, every detail felt special. The hotel manager personally walked us to the dining room on our first visit, and Nikos from one of the hotel’s impressive restaurants was absolutely amazing. The spa is also fantastic and even offers hairdressing services. Simply wow. If you’re visiting Crete, don’t miss the chance to stay at OROS. An unforgettable experience!

Absolutely loved our stay at Galaxy Suites, we got an upgrade upon arrival which was a fantastic room. Rooms were spotless and had everything you need. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is situated in a lovely village with lots of tavernas and bars within walking distance.
