Great location and great staff! Very close to the train station

Staff was welcoming and spoke English well. Very friendly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, and the parking garage (for fee) was secure and easily accessible. Horrible heat wave was there, and this hotel’s AC was still refreshing and cold. Our only thing to mention was one of our rooms had Netflix and the other didn’t. Not a complaint at all, but some might like to know.

Everything about the hotel, the room, the extraordinarily kind, helpful, competent, and efficient staff at the front desk, all was exceptional. The only problem was that the lobby was not air-conditioned and so when one enters of the hotel in summer heat like we’ve been having recently, one actually doesn’t want to be there. Management must air-condition the lobby. The other problem is that there is a flight of steps to get into the hotel and no way around it. No way of summoning anybody to help with luggage if you can’t manage. But both of these are things that I think management will be able to take care of and other than that. It’s a wonderful, wonderful hotel and in a fantastic neighborhood with super proximity to the Museum Quarter.

The staff was great and very helpful. Although the room was smaller than I expected it ended up being enough for my daughter and I. Location, location, location was awesome!!! The Josefine didn’t disappoint!!

The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here.
