Poolside seating was great , I didn’t have a beach view but I didn’t choose one being that it was cheapest and I wasn’t in the room

A phenomenal experience, thanks to Lorenzo!!!!!!!! Lorenzo made us feel welcomed and answered our every question and request at this wonderfully perfect resort in the best location in Miami! He also let our daughter pick out a toy from the toy chest which she got an absolute kick out of!! Thank you to Lorenzo and your entire team. If you’re looking for a high end place to stay in Miami with beautiful views and walking distance to great restaurants, this one is perfect for you.
