Hospitality needs improvement. There was one woman and man helpful at the front deck. Hostess at beach needs some coaching to make people feel welcome. Only one restaurant is open in September and the water taxi ends at 6p. We weren’t aware that many of the hotels perks were limited in September which is part of what we thought we were paying for. Very expensive for what it was.

"I wouldn’t stay in this property. It has a beautiful pool and that’s it. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. The shower is tiny and the hot water runs out quickly. "This modern studio apartment has been, sparsely, furnished as a hotel room and is let for cash via the nearby Hotel Casa del Mare Mediteraneo. Staff there were lovely and very helpful.
