"3 brothers and wives and a trip to Mackinac Island. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful but the rooms were dark and dated. Bathroom was remodeled but old heater and air conditioner with rust made room appear dirty."

It was a wonderful stay!
"Nothing bad to say. Room was clean, we didn't expect daily service however they provided it. Staff was friendly from management down to the maintenance guys and everything in between. Room was clean, smelled fresh, mattress and pillows were comfortable as well."
