Los restaurantes buenísimos y la temática increíble, el Personal súper amable. Puntos que deben mejorar es mayor limpieza, aire acondicionado y las actividades acuáticas deben permitir a los adultos participar con sus hijos.

Our experience was amazing thanks to an incredible team. Reynaldo Gonzalez, our butler, went above and beyond - always attentive, approachable, and genuinely kind, with great restaurant recommendations. Ask for him if you go there, and you will not regret it. Yohan Hernandez kept the entertainment lively and fun. Santiago Perez Baez was an excellent server and gave us the best chinola mojito, and Maria Cordones impressed us on her very first day with outstanding service. We cannot leave behind Heidy Sanchez at the French Restaurant. They did not have more desert, and she went above and beyond to get to my wife her creme brulee. Truly a fantastic team all around - definetly coming back!

Staff was fantastic, resort was super clean. Spa was unfortunately below par, food could have been better.

VIP treatment starting from the door of the plane is exceptional. At every moment throughout our stay the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff was ready and able to assist us with anything we needed. Our beachfront room was comfortable and well appointed, and the on resort amenities more than we could take advantage of in our four day stay. A perfect getaway!
