Great food and variety of activities. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

Dining was a nightmare with restaurants you go early at 7 and they said they can’t take you . And customers devices was weak in all areas. Pool not so clean , I had been on several Riu Hotels and by far this is one disappoint me . Room was great with plenty of space for a family of 5 .

This is a beautiful property and it appeared to be a great location to celebrate our wedding anniversary. However, there were a few issues that really let it down for us. The check in process was really unorganized and took far too long since we were encouraged to take a tour of some other rooms in consideration of an upgrade (conveniently our allocated room only had twin beds and there were no other king beds available). Long story short everything seems so unorganized as though the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Excluding a small handful of individuals the customer service from staff was lacking in warmth and friendliness and there was a vibe that they didn’t enjoy working there. Too many disappointments to list here so I don’t think we’d go back to this resort.

The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoy your time at the resort. My wife and I had a great time, we are looking forward to our next stay. While all the staff is very attentive and friendly, Mayordomo Rafael, the bartenders Jorge, Eric, and Ismael were standouts for us. Top notch service, no complaints!

They offer a great food variety however tell you to have a reservation to some restaurants. When you show up there are hardly any tables taken by reservations. They do not allow you to just walk in which is odd. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Internet access was great and transportation around the resort and to the airport was fantastic. Prices at the stores on the resort are way overpriced! No ATM on site that I found which was inconvenient.

The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable beds! Great for families, lots to do! Although not a part of the all inclusive package the kids played laser tag, bowling, and experienced the surf pool. As part of the all inclusive they loved the lazy river, water park and ice cream shop!! The kids club had a trampoline park (need jump socks) and they loved it. The beach is absolutely stunning, white sand and clear water! The staff was courteous and animated. Guedy and Humberto were great at check in!! Tip- rent a golf cart in advance! Huge property and although they have trolleys every 5 min nobody wants to wait! Highly recommend for families!!

Considering all of The resorts I've stayed at in Mexico and Dominican , the finest Punta Cana had the best food a resort could have . I was actually surprised ! My 9 year old actually ate. The only bad food is the buffet.. the food you order at the pool wasn't bad , it's nice that you can eat at the pool. We had the Italian , Asian , and Wok restaurant's..there were many more to choose from but we liked Them so much that we ate At those places for the 7 days we were there. The staff were super friendly, especially Maximus. The only negative thing I'd say is there needs to be a bigger water park area for the kids and a better buffet.. if you're looking for a smaller resorts with friendly staff, kid friendly and edible food , this would be the one. Don't order room service breakfast , get your bagel from the buffet. There's also a cute coffee shop with lots of sweets and ice cream. The sweets were delicious and the coffee was amazing ! The VIP room we had , had a deck with a pool and lay out chairs. It was actually pretty big and convenient for the days we had enough of the pool downstairs and just wanted to swim outside our room. The staff continuously knocks on the door asking if you need snacks , or refilling the fridge with water and pops. Overall I'd go there again .
