Comfortable and good location.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location in the centre of the Rimini Marina Centro area just a few meters from the beach front, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is modern and of a good standard. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. I have to say that the service in this hotel is great particularly at reception. I contacted them in advance and exchanged several emails with them because we were a large group so a bit of communication was required and they were very helpful. The best thing about breakfast was the fact that it was open from 7 till 12, which is the longest hours I’ve ever experienced in a hotel and again the service was very good. There was a good selection of food but the hot food was a bit limited. Some of my friends visited the spa and they said it was good value for the extra cost and had a lovely beach view

Very nice and clean

I’ve stayed here > 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind).

The location was perfect for me for a 3 day stay. It was on the seafront with good restaurants (Amicos and Cafe Milano especially) and services eg chemist, supermarket, bars etc. The room was basic but clean and suitable for me as a solo traveller on a short trip. It was a 20 minute walk to the train and bus stations through a nice park and the old town is also within walking distance. The taxi to the airport was 25 euros and a 15 minute ride. The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants, train times to places etc. They even give a free bottle of water for the journey on departure. It was well priced
