Room was clean just missing certain “luxuries” Bring your own hand soap

The room was dated but it was clean and large for a NY hotel room. Location is great. The customer service was awful. The first woman we encountered at the front desk was not friendly, in fact she was rude -- for no reason at all. She didn't say hello, welcome or greet us in anyway. She didn't tell me anything about the hotel or amenities. The second woman who actually checked us in was better. The doormen were extremely friendly and helpful. I won't return.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The rooftop bar and lounge had stunning views of the Brooklyn bridge and Hudson river. Just minutes away from Manhattan and close enough to walk to the Bridge. Room service was excellent. Very clean room.

This hotel was FABULOUS! The view you see if the view you get! STUNNING magazine worthy view of the Brooklyn bridge. Almost kid free. The rooftop bar and lounge had stunning views of the Brooklyn bridge and Hudson river. Just minutes away from Manhattan and close enough to walk to the Bridge. Room service was excellent. Hotel em uma área cheia de shopping and restaurantes, bem do lado do Vaticano. O hotel é bem velho e os quartos pequenos mas fomos super bem tratados.

The beds were comfy, staff was outstanding, and it was far enough away from the busy parts of the city and yet comfortably close enough to everything!
