Booked as we had an event at the Beacon. Perfect location for just that. Room was a decent size with good lighting. That said, it was very bare and for calling itself a 4 star .. it’s weird to me that you have to ask for toothpaste etc and the mini fridge.
That said , I enjoyed my 2nights. It did the job.

The hotel is excellent: very clean with exceptionally helpful staff. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a lovely setting for dining and cocktails.

I had a good time and slept well. Be aware that the pillows are down feather, they were able to accomodate my allergies but it did take a while to get the pillows switched out. It's best to call ahead (which I should have done!) but now you'll know from my mistake :)
There are great restaurants nearby and it's 5 minutes from shopping and other activites.

I was in town for a work conference and booked this hotel for a few days. Location was great, it was clean, staff was very kind and friendly! Loved the complementary bottles of water. Our room needed some things fixed in it but for the price, location, rooftop bar, and staff this hotel was great and I will definitely be returning!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Candlewood Suites Times Square. The location is excellent—close to everything while still being easy to get in and out of. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our NYC trip.
We especially want to recognize Cheyanne at the front desk, she was incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely awesome. Her friendliness and helpful attitude really stood out and made our stay even better.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.
