Alicudi Pet-friendly Holidays

Villa Conrad was superb! The Villa was renovated and luxurious. Location is perfect. I was able to use the rooftop pool at Metropole with a stunning ocean view. The only thing was the tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it!

Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Apartment was clean, well maintained and as advertised. Breakfast was lovely. Only issue for us was the need to taxis due to a lack of public transport and the walk into town wasn’t very easy. That being said we travelled with 2 children, 8 and 10

Strange set up in a less than convenient location. Our room was in a building across a courtyard from the small hotel building, possibly a converted garage. Some of the amenities listed such as fitness center and pool were at an additional charge. Not a horrible place, but not at all what I thought we were getting.

Not a 5 star hotel. They advertise many amenities online that they simply don’t have. There is no onsite spa/massage, no rollaway beds, the pool was not heated, overall gross false advertisement. The grounds are well manicured, but that’s about it. They charge outrageous prices for food and drinks too. Good luck taking a shower, the water gets everywhere because there’s no curtain and the minuscule glass door barely blocks any water. There was no vent in the bathroom either so things stay wet for a very long time. My friend stayed at a hotel in the city center and his hotel was much better and closer to the action! Alas, I would not recommend staying here.
