San Cayetano Pet-friendly Holidays

Location very central but comes with noise of bars & street cleaners 5-6am , bottle collectors too. The second bedroom didn’t work for adults as it was so uncomfortable, mattress thin and creaky . No window so very stuffy & chlostrophobic . Bad use of space as the living area is huge wasted space. Staff very helpful Rooftop pool not free for everyone so check ego you book through but big bonus. However , kids screaming & using as a plunge pool isn’t that relaxing .

Check-in was easy but we were sent to apartment and couldn’t open the key box. Finally called the and they told us how to do it. The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage and hangers. The couch in living area in need of a good cleaning. One kitchen chair was broken and we had burned out lights in bathroom. They did send someone who left saying he needed a different bulb but never saw him again. Overall we loved the location and would consider Myflats a second chance.

Good hotel in excellent location, staff were all very nice and helpful, breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room was clean, balcony was great with excellent view over Marina. Room was very comfortable but could be improved by some redecoration, particularly the bathroom which was looking a bit tired. Would certainly recommend the hotel and have no hesitation to stay there again.

Easy check in and parking, friendly staff, great clean room with a lovely view. Breakfast was busy but lots of options.
