Room is OK, spacious bathroom. Regarding cleaning service, you must put the “Make up room” tag every morning at your door to make sure they clean the room. Otherwise they won’t make it up.
Staff is not kind. Breakfast is average and the space is limited when the hotel is full. Dining buffet is also limited and expensive.
The fitness center is really small, maximum 4 people at a time to be able to do some workout (consider the hotel has around 300 rooms). When hotel is full is really difficult to use de gym.
Neighborhood is boring, only two restaurants around and a men’s club and sex shop, weird! Well located to attend a trade show at Messe, really close to underground station.

Overall great stay! Quick check in process. Clean and modern room with very nice bathroom. Views towards the Old Town were very nice as well. Proximity to central station is great. Highly recommend

Hotel was decent and in good condition; however, the location was less than ideal. Close to the train station which was nice but situated in a seedy area that was not particularly close to Munich old town. Overall would say if you’re looking for convenience in regards to transportation this would be a good option.
