Recommended. stay 4 nights, Room was way bigger than the average European hotel, cleanness was as expected and the staff was very helpful with all my requests, location is great with the tram right in front of the hotel, i would prefer to stay closer to the city centre, but i even walk from the city friday and saturday night and it takes like 25 mins, lot of bars and restaurants open late felt very secure walking from the city, an uber charge 12 to 15 dollars from the city, will stay again

Design, attentive staff

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. It was clean, comfortable an had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in Bordeaux close to the tram stop (Les Hangars) and close to the quay Hotel is lovely, breakfast was great, andt he parking on site is great. 9/10 overall.

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅

I was very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were spotless & very comfortable. The staff very courteous & the food very good. It was also very well placed for the city & were we needed to be on the Sunday. Thank you.

Design, attentive staff

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. It was clean, comfortable an had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast. The only thing we didn't like was no air conditioning available in our rooms.

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, close to cafes, bars and shops. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Thoughtful and tasteful decor, loved the toiletries provided. Fridge and coffee machine in room. This was an absolute gem of a find and we would love to return to Bordeaux to stay here again, Thank you!

Staff was very courteous. Hotel is very clean and comfortable although the room is quite small. The main issue has to do with finding the boutique hotel in a small street and parking, even temporarily, to unload your car. The hotel parking is an extra charge but, it is quite a walk from the hotel. If I had travelled without a car, I probably would not have been inconvenienced as much. But, as I said the room was very clean and staff very helpful.
