⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

I would easily give this hotel five stars, except for one recurring issue. Leaving dirty laundry bins in the hallway next to the elevators 24/7 was an eyesore and felt quite distasteful. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. The food was great, the service was marvelous, the fellow guests were wonderful, and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and location.

Another fantastic five star hotel, right smack bang in the middle of Yorkville. Hotel rooms are very nice. Well appointed with very comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the pressure in the shower is not great. This property comes with a fantastic spa as I understand it however I’ve never used it and unfortunately they do not have a pool. One thing they do have is that incredible bar on the 35th floor looking out over the city of Toronto with both inside and outside seating. Definitely one of my favourite places in the city to grab a drink.

Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch was high and the line-ups for the elevators can get lengthy. I will definitely return.
