This hotel and the area surrounding it was absolutely stunning! The staff were friendly, the breakfast in their dining room was delicious and the room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We left wishing that we had booked to stay and enjoy the area longer.

The hotel, decor, location, breakfast, were all fantastic.
Above and beyond all of these things though what really set this hotel apart is the staff who work so hard in providing the guests with a top rate experience. Each member of staff I encountered remained friendly, courteous and professional throughout my stay. Housekeeping also was impeccable.
Keep up the good work guys and thanks for playing a massive part on what was a fab week in Lisbon.
Couple of suggestions (for the sake of balance)
Small Nespresso machine in the room would make a massive difference, instant coffee sachets are abit old fashioned.
Also a fresh bottle of water each day I'm sure would be appreciated by most guests.
Keep up the good work, hotel britania, I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely consider heritage hotels on a future Lisbon visit.
