The staff were lovely and service was mostly good (although room service was extremely slow). Room was very clean and comfortable but the decor and finish was quite dated. Good choice of bars, restaurants and outdoor spaces, although pools and terrace access was restricted on occasion for private events, which seems unfair to paying guests. It didn’t affect us as we went out, but may be inconvenient for those looking to stay at the resort to relax.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were great! Tower bridge is right outside the door!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at The Toren Hotel, Amsterdam As a travel agent, I’ve experienced many hotels — and The Toren truly stands out. The hotel is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which made my stay feel extra special. The cocktails were of a high standard, and the breakfast offered a lovely selection to start the day. Located about a 15-minute walk from the main attractions, it’s perfectly positioned — close enough to explore the city with ease, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the crowds. Our suite facilities were excellent, featuring a luxurious double shower and a huge bath — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Amsterdam. I highly recommend The Toren Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding service at a great rate.

First breakfast they were ride but other staff made it better

Triple room was sort of odd, low ceiling and either too dark or too bright. Shower was very dark, jard to see controls. Beds were comfortable. Lots of floor space but no luggage rack or anywhere to put luggage up off the floor. Very central location , close to train station and red light district
