The hotel was nice and centrally located to nearby subways that allow you to move all over Manhattan. I would like a few more amenities, but the breakfast for one person every day was a nice touch. The staff was awesome and accommodating.

The property itself is cute. Has a chic look. The actual room was dirty! It was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests before us left. How did I know? There was sticky stuff on the table. The sink and toilet seat was dirty. There were hair strands on the sheets and in the sink. The location isn’t bad. Right across from a CVS. There are many gourmet delis nearby (some 24/7) sand restaurants. It’s about a 5-6 block walk to a convenient subway stop and Time Square! Other reviewers complained about the room size; it’s definitely small, but that didn’t bother me at all. One last thing, the LED lights in my room were non existent. Being able to turn the purple lights on in the room was one of the advertised highlights, so I was a bit upset about that. Would I stay again? Maybe, but I would definitely request housekeeping to re-clean the room if not up to decent standards.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the Upper West Side! The location truly couldn’t be better — just steps from Central Park and Columbus Circle, and an easy, pleasant walk to Times Square. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city while still enjoying a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind after a full day in the city. Overall, an excellent experience in a fantastic location — I would absolutely stay here again!
