Room was great we updated for Colonial Club and we had a great time.
Eliseo, Leandro, Minerva at pool 2 were amazing.
Panda at entertainment.
Marcelo made our stay 100% better.
We are definitely returning to this hotel.

The resort was beautiful, the grounds were well kept and the view from our room/cottage was stunning! The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job and the gentleman who greet you and assist you with your bags were so pleasant and kind. The coffee shop always got my morning order done to perfection! The drinks were fun and delicious!! We enjoyed our time!

Our housekeeper, mini bar guy and all the staff were incredible. Malvin at the Mexican restaurant was incredible. So great, we went there twice! Definitely a lovely stay.
