The staff were friendly, engaging and entertaining. There was always something fun to do at the main swimming pool. The room was nice, clean and spacious.

Staying at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was a great and grand experience! All of the employees were very nice, welcoming, professional, and overall the resort was simply beautiful and amazing! The food was superb, delicious, and amazingly great! I would recommend anyone to reside at the Grand Palladium if they are going to visit Jamaica!

I have nothing but great things to say about the resort, the staff, and my experience. I will definitely be back and huge shoutout to Simone, the GM, for providing me some great insights about the operations and the resilience of her staff. We really enjoyed our vacation at the Majestic Mirage. It was very low key and relaxing. We loved the access to the pools through our swim up suite. Our room was always very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job. Pablo our butler was fantastic. Anytime we had a request, he took care of it promptly. Martirez was a great bartender at our pool bar. Juan Bernardo made sure everyone was happy and had what they needed in the pool area as well. We mostly stayed on the adult only side, but there is also a family friendly side. The entire staff was always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Parmesan wheel when dining at the Italian restaurant. So good!!! The steak restaurant was fantastic too. We also enjoyed the hibachi restaurant. If you leave hungry, it’s your own fault. Overall, I definitely recommend this resort.
