Beautiful hotel. Lovely view

Entire property was clean. Walking to CPH

Location is great. Staffs were friendly and helpful. But room size is small. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. Room temp is hard to control. Amenities are lacking. Small gyms, pool under construction. Lack of basic necessities.

An old hotel with tons of charm! Leaned that many famous people have stayed there over the years. My family and I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Copenhagen. The location is fantastic. Literally right across the street from the central train station and walking distance to many sites including Tivoli Gardens. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. What a unique, fun elevator! Our room was spacious with two small balconies to get some fresh air. We enjoyed some espresso and hot chocolate in the room to start our day. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Overall, very pleased with our stay.
