Really nice boutique hotel. Lovely spacious rooms and fantastic location for the Palace of National Culture.
Downstairs bar is genuinely fantastic with great food.
The staff is the best thing about the hotel

The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!

Nice hotel. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options.
Room was mostly clean but we did have a problem with a leak from the shower which judging by the door frame being water damaged and mouldy, had been there some time!
Staff were mostly very friendly with the exception of one.
A little bit tight with the water (300ml a day is hardly generous, we are humans not a cacti!)
Overall a mostly pleasant stay.
