We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade. For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared. There is with dampness across the corridor. Certain lights in the swimming area are not operational and corrosion are seen in some fittings. Best ever views to the Mont Blanc in a prime property with good and generous kitchen

A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!

Great location for the Bossonet lifts and easy walk into the village. This was my first stay in the apartments of the complex (rather than the hotel). The 2 bed apartment was functional and clean, albeit could do with some updating to provide more comfort. Having said that I would stay again, due to the overall ambience and convenience. Free and secure underground car parking was very useful.

Beautiful hotel, but my room reached 26 degrees (C) when the window was shut, even in the morning when the outdoor temps were lower.

Absolutely perfect stay. Beautiful room and location. Spa is very nice. Would highly recommend and return any day.

It’s a great hotel if you’re looking for something cheap with free parking. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was rather weak and poor.
