Our stay at Notos Therme Hotel was a mix of unexpected challenges and genuinely warm hospitality. What took us by surprise on arrival were the major building works taking place in the harbour directly below the hotel. The noise, dust, and general disruption were unavoidable each morning, and additional works at a neighbouring property added to the disturbance. We hadn’t been advised of any of this beforehand, which was disappointing and set the wrong tone at the start of the trip. That said, George and the entire team handled the situation with sincerity and professionalism. They were extremely apologetic and immediately offered us a complimentary room move and upgrade, which we truly appreciated. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their warmth made a noticeable difference, and after a couple of days we found ourselves oddly invested in watching the harbour works progress — a bit of unexpected entertainment. The hotel itself has a lot of charm, though it’s clear that some areas would benefit from updating. To their credit, the management team openly acknowledges this and seems committed to improving the property. Overall, despite the disruption, we had a pleasant stay — made significantly better by George and his team, whose kindness and effort turned a rocky start into a memorable visit.

This was such an amazing place to stay. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the service was spectacular. I highly recommend Aqua Luxury Suites and would eagerly stay here again if the opportunity allowed.

Santo Pure is a stunning hotel. Everything about it was fantastic. It is clean, stylish, big and gorgeous to stay in. We had a room with a hot tub and a sea view and we could watch the sunset from it which was incredible. We felt our hot tub was quite private although some rooms could be overlooked. There are a number of pools and they come round with complimentary drinks. They give you bottled still water in your room constantly and they bring you gifts such as biscuits and soap. There was a bottle of wine in the room when we arrived and they come and clean your room and turn down the bed in the evening each day. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they pick you up in a golf buggy and help you with your luggage. The drinks at the bar and pool are a little expensive so we went to the mini market at the top of the hill and got drinks for our room in addition to having pool and bar drinks. We had dinner at the restaurant one night it was stunning, the food was very delicious and high quality. Again the food is a little expensive so if you’re planning to eat there everyday and around the pool be aware of this. We got a takeaway pizza from the place at the top of hill one day and took it to the pool which was only €15 euros. The path to Oia is about a 5-10 minute walk. Ladies heels are no good in Oia or Fira due to the steps, cobbles and hills. It is lit at night and is super easy. We ate at a neighbouring hotel one night at Beef Bar. I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Greece 🥰❤️ From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm, welcoming, and safe. The hotel was spotless throughout, and you can really tell how much care goes into maintaining such a clean and peaceful environment. The pool was such a lovely touch — perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. What truly made the experience special though was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. It genuinely felt like they put guests’ needs first, which made our stay even more comfortable. I also loved the shuttle bus service to Fira, running every 3 hours — it made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. We met some amazing people during our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. The bakery on-site was such a treat, and the prosecco welcome was such a beautiful and thoughtful touch — so accommodating from start to finish. Another highlight was having access to the Volcano View Hotel just opposite (owned by the same group). The views there, especially during golden hour, were absolutely breathtaking — such a magical experience. Honestly, I loved every moment and would 100% come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Greece ✨

Fabulous stay. We got the largest suite they had. Private pool. Treated us so well. No matter what they had our back with everything. Location amazing. Pool spa and more. Def will be back. Thank you Penny for your amazing service at the pool. 5 stars!!!!
