Great location. We had a canal view suite. We stayed during the heat wave and unfortunately our aircon didn’t work the best but I guess it’s not normally that hot either. Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was great.

Great location, away from the loud and busy tourist area. Staff are amazing and helpful. Wonderful room sizes Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Book this hotel!

It’s a great hotel in an excellent location. The only downside was that we only discovered at the end of our trip that it’s actually possible to reach the hotel directly by car or taxi from the airport.

Before booking, I had read several reviews mentioning problems with the air conditioning, but I assumed the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, it had not. We reported the problem and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing changed, and we were never offered another room. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult. The Wi-Fi in our room was also too weak to do any work, making it impossible to rely on for emails or video calls. The hotel is in a beautiful location, and the staff were generally pleasant. However, for a hotel in this price range, the failure to address these issues was very disappointing. If you are planning to visit Venice during the summer, I cannot recommend staying here until the air conditioning i.
