Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly because of how my concerns were handled by the front desk. When I arrived, I was told that a room was available for early check-in but would cost €10 per hour. This was not mentioned on the booking page, so I declined and expressed my frustration. To be clear, I am not referring to the additional €7 charge, which I was aware of and had no issue with. After I complained, another receptionist said I could check in without any additional cost. I checked in at around 1:22pm and turned on the AC because the room was very hot. It did not appear to work, but I assumed it needed time. When I returned around 5pm, the room was even hotter, so I contacted reception. The female receptionist responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, saying they did not have enough staff and essentially asking what I expected them to do. I did not argue. Later, a member of staff came with a fan and said the AC could not be fixed and that I could not be moved because the hotel was fully booked. Interestingly, when I checked the hotel’s availability myself, double rooms were still available for that night, which made this explanation difficult to understand. I also found very long hairs in my towels and bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Technical problems can happen, but the way this situation was handled and the attitude of the staff were unacceptable. I have never experienced this.

I would recommend this hotel its perfect for families and couples,facilities in the hotel absolutely amazing 10 out of 10. Very big rooms and very big bathrooms beautiful design immaculate clean looks and feels like a 7* star hotel i would go back to Netherlands 🇳🇱 for this lovely hotel. Staff were amazing and very friendly yet very professional.very big car park lots of spaces.
