Campanian Archipelago Romantic Holidays

PROS: The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast every morning had so many options and was great before going out for the day. We rented a scooter and parking was very convenient. Hotel shuttle every hour was convenient. CONS: AC has to be requested, which isn’t the worst, but very inconvenient when you get back to your room after walking A LOT. Rooms did not come with an iron, which was VERY inconvenient every single day having to go downstairs to iron before getting dressed in your room, it was surprising and annoying TBH. The last shuttle for pickup of the day was 7/7:30PM, which was inconvenient for days that we wanted to do later activities in the city.

Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else.

Very friendly helpful staff

The hotel was perfectly placed just a short stroll from the main pedestrian area, lovely pool on the roof and large, well maintained room with a balcony overlooking the lemon grove. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in a few places but, hands down, the customer service by the concierge and reception staff was the best ever received - friendly, polite, attentive, chatty and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome and informed. A credit to the hotel, thanks for having us.

The Belair is one of he most gorgeous hotels we have stayed at. Our room had an amazing view of the Sorrento coast, the breakfast was fantastic and the service all around was indeed 5 stars. The location was just a short walk out of town, but I would recommend this location for your stay as it gives you the views as you sit higher above the coast.
