Reception staff were helpful and friendly, spa and breakfast staff were not so.
Hotel was a little tired, bathroom door was rotting and large amount of scale build up around the shower door.
Bedding was good and bed was comfortable.
Food at breakfast was good.
Not made to feel welcome on our one visit to the spa.
A week after we left the hotel and I have still not received my £50 deposit for the minibar or any bar food bill. This is another hassle to chase up.
Outside of the hotel was dusty/dirty and could do with a sweep/wash.
All in all the hotel was ok but not one I would use again.

Impeccably managed hotel with wonderful sea views . Staff were extremely professional and friendly . Housekeeping was excellent . Room was very spacious , very comfortable bed with variety of seating options in the room . Breakfast was excellent - very wide variety of hot and cold options . Restaurant and on-site Tassili both very high standard . Spa treatment very good . Would highly recommend the hotel . Short walk into main shopping area so convenient .
