Beautiful location, food was good, staff was excellent, area was convenient, amenities were acceptable. A bit disappointed the casino was closed but not a deal breaker. Will definitely be back!

Its an amazing property with vast area to explore. Lots of restaurants and the restaurant service is good as well. However, the pool bar experience was disappointing due to consistently poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and unclean drinks. The staff at the pool bar will never greet or acknowledge. Only one bar available for pool and beach area together, except for some special events. We ends up in buying liquor from outside (uber eats). The service at the restaurants and the lobby bar was excellent and staff were very friendly on all other areas except the pool.

The staff, food, and amenities were amazing !! The hotel needs an upgrade kind of outdated in the rooms. Recommend getting comforters and removing all the mold.
