I would love to give 5 stars, the resort was nice, clean for the most part and food was good except for at The Mix, which we had to pay an extra $45 per person for as it was not included in our AI package. The resort as a whole was very short staffed which caused all staff to be over worked and most not so friendly. Most staff members never smiled when approached whether it be at checkin or front desk in general, or at all restaurants and bars. There were a few exceptions where certain staff members were very friendly and always took care of us and that was only a few at the Pure Ocean restaurant.

Some of the staff was super helpful and attentive but some were the complete opposite. Foe example our room safe didnt work and after calling sever times, they replaced it 4 days later. The restaurant staff is super slow, an order can take up to 2 hours for a burger and fries. the experience itself is very relaxed and unassuming, here are no daily events or activities to write about. They also charged us a daily fee for a folding bed which also took a day to come to our room.
