The AC was not working properly in the room and overall building. You have to leave the room key inserted, in order for it to be turned on, and it takes about an hour just to feel a slight difference. Throughout the whole night the room felt extremely hot and humid. It was very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.

It was great. Didn’t know what to expect but I enjoyed it. Nice food, good cocktails. Clean pool and good sized bedroom for a solo traveller.

The hotel is right in the beach, good location to walk around and places to eat. The only thing to mention is that the shower leaks water to the bathroom.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel looks nice, especially because of the rooftop pool, which was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. However, after arriving, I found out that access to the rooftop pool is restricted to guests who book certain “club” rooms. This was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, should be made much clearer before booking. When you see a hotel advertising a rooftop pool, you naturally expect hotel guests to have access to it, or at least for any room restrictions to be clearly highlighted before you pay. I have travelled to 28 countries and taken more than 60 trips, and I honestly cannot remember staying at another hotel where a major facility like the rooftop pool was restricted this way based on your room category. The hotel itself looks nice, but this policy completely changed my experience. If the rooftop pool is important to you, make sure you check your exact room type before booking, because simply being a hotel guest does not necessarily give you access. I would not stay here again based on this experience.

My neighbors upstairs and next door sounded like they were fighting the whole time to the point that I didn’t want to be in my room. Terrible!
