Nuestra experiencia en Fontainebleau Miami Beach fue simplemente excepcional. Comenzamos mi hijo y yo relajándonos con un masaje en el spa y desde el primer momento todo fue impecable. El spa es majestuoso, inmenso, elegante y perfectamente cuidado. Cada espacio transmite lujo, tranquilidad y una atención al detalle impresionante. El staff merece otro reconocimiento aparte: amables, atentos, profesionales y siempre haciendo que uno se sienta especial. Después pasamos a la habitación y sinceramente quedé sorprendida. Reservamos una Junior Suite con vista a la bahía en el piso 28 y tenía una de las vistas más hermosas que he visto de la ciudad de Miami. La habitación era enorme, hermosa, impecablemente limpia y exageradamente cómoda. Además, tenía cocina, lavadora, secadora y hasta dos balcones con vistas espectaculares. Todo se sintió pensado para disfrutar y descansar de verdad. Sí, no es barato… pero honestamente vale cada dólar. Es una experiencia que al menos una vez hay que vivir en Miami Beach.

Our first time here and our stay was good. Valet parking only. Valet staff were okay. Arrival was great, departure not so much. Ordered the car from the text message, as requested, and it took forever for them to bring the car around. The front desk staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. Beach attendants were good. They setup the chairs and umbrellas for six of us, and checked on us throughout our time on the beach. The outside bar by the pool served great drinks and food. Service was a little slow, but they were busy. Elevators are very small. They could barely fit 4 people with luggage. Our room was very clean. A little small, but we had a great view of the pool and the beach. Bathroom was very small. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Food was delicious. Dinner was mostly Tapas…so good. Breakfast was good as well. Service was a little slow. If you are in a hurry keep that on mind. Bartender at the inside bar was just okay. Cocktail waitress was great. We stopped by before dinner, and then again for a nightcap, after strolling around and checking out other places along Collins Ave. Overall, we had a good experience, and would likely stay here again if we ever get to South Beach in the future.

We got a room upgrade during check in and room view was amazing. Service at the cafe and pool area was 5 starts. Plenty of options around the area to go out to eat and have fun.
