Surprising good hotel. I wasn't expecting a fully renovated and modern hotel in Venice. Location was convient too. Lots of good resuturants nearby and access to water bus to get around the island and further points. A fast water bus shuttle to the airport, very close to the hotel. Great breakfast and very clean rooms.

Before arrival the staff were helpful and responsive for booking transfers and also dinner reservations. On arrival they were quick and helpful too (and throughout the stay).
Breakfast was nice, room was great and will be back again.

Super rooftop bar, drinks are pricey but you get snacks with them and it's a perfect way to get your holiday started. Room excellent, very comfy bed, amazing Pillow Menu to suit everybody, really good shower, proper blackout curtains and no horrible flashing ceiling sensor lights. Staff all very charming and courteous. We've stayed here several times now and would gladly book again.
