the hotel is so beautiful, each room is so unique! it’s also in a great location to walk around cascais!

A lovely hotel, great location. We had a garden room which had its own semi private, small outside space. Excellent breakfast choices, good food and service all round. The outdoor pool walls could use some attention, a few missing tiles around the edge. The staff were great, had a lovely relaxing time.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff a bit rough around the edges, seemed that many of them were new. Ideally located for visiting Cascais, short walk to town and beaches. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, many choices. Left the balcony door open at night so we could hear the ocean and enjoy the breeze. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great room overlooking the sea with an enormous comfortable bed, but thats where the good points ended. The whole experience was ruined by the staff service. We were not offered tea/coffee when we went for breakfast the first day and when we asked for some it didn't come by the time we had finished our breakfast so we left without having any !!. We also had a bad experience with the bar staff, after wanting a glass of prosecco I was given a glass of 32euro champagne. We felt we should have been asked which fizz we wanted rather than being given the most expensive and to find out when we settled the bill, it was a rip off and we didn't go back. The bathroom shower had a plastic tray and the corners of the tiled enclosure were black and dirty. The walls of the room had peeling paint in some areas, the tiled external areas near the pool were cracked, the automatic door squeaked and the hotel definitely needs some maintenance all round. not 5 star in any sense.
