Lovely boutique hotel. Clean with nice, helpful staff. Only downside is the stairs leading to the lobby with no obvious other way to get your bags up or down without carrying them. I would suggest at least putting in a luggage ramp.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lucia. The staff was friendly from the doormen to the reception staff to Willy the manager. They made us feel welcomed from the time the arrived till we checked out. The tea and coffee bar in the morning was very nice. We enjoyed the happy hour drinks. We felt like it was safe and a convenient area.

The place was very understaffed, but all the staff was very excellent. They always accommodated any requests I made and overall it was a very nice stay worth the price.
